Role & responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day import and export operations.

Support preparation and maintenance of import/export documentation.

Assist with purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other trade-related documents.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

Track shipments and maintain shipment-related records.

Assist in maintaining import/export data, reports, and MIS.

Support documentation related to customs and regulatory requirements.

Assist the team in ensuring timely completion of import/export processes.

Co-ordinate with client, lead generation.
