Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead AR with strong expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to join our team.
Key Requirements:
6 to 8 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR)
On-paper Team Lead with strong Team handling experience
Hospital Billing exposure is mandatory
Solid communication and analytical skills
Graduation is mandatory
Preferred candidate profile
- Lead and manage a team of AR Callers / AR Analysts
- Handle AR follow-ups with insurance companies
- Monitor team productivity and performance metrics
- Work on aging reduction, denial management, and collections
- Ensure quality standards and client SLAs are met
