We are looking for M.Sc. Chemistry graduates to join our Chemical Manufacturing Operations team. The position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, process chemistry, production, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute chemical manufacturing processes as per approved SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks and monitor critical process parameters.
- Ensure proper handling, charging and processing of raw materials and chemicals.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance and EHS teams for smooth plant operations.
- Record batch/process parameters and maintain production-related documentation.
- Identify process deviations and support troubleshooting activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and chemical handling practices.
- Support process improvement, yield improvement and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP/quality requirements and EHS standards.
• For experienced candidates, exposure to batch manufacturing, scale-up, process optimisation and troubleshooting will be preferred.
Eligibility
Freshers:
- M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Solid basic knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions
- Willingness to work in a chemical manufacturing plant and rotational shifts
Experienced Candidates (2-5 Years):
- Experience in chemical manufacturing / specialty chemicals / process chemistry / production
- Practical knowledge of batch process operations and chemical handling
- Experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting and documentation will be an advantage
