We are looking for a Content Marketing & Video Editor who can independently manage our complete content creation, editing and publishing workflow across social media and our website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video & Creative Content

- Edit YouTube videos, Reels and Shorts
- Create engaging social media creatives and thumbnails
- Photo editing and graphic designing
- Convert long-form videos into short-form content
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Content Publishing

- Manage and publish content on:
- YouTube
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- WordPress Website
- Upload videos, blogs, images and other content
- Manage captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags and basic SEO
- Maintain the content calendar and publishing schedule
- Ensure regular and timely content publishing

LEAD GENERATION This is not just a video editing role.

The person should understand how content converts into business.

Primary KPI: Minimum 1,000+ leads per month through content marketing.

The candidate should be able to:

- Develop content that attracts potential customers
- Generate leads through organic content
- Track content performance and lead generation
- Identify high-performing topics and formats
- Continuously improve content based on results

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Video Editing — Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or similar




- Canva / Photoshop
- YouTube Studio
- Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- WordPress content uploading and management
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Content marketing

- Reels & Shorts strategy

You should be capable of handling the complete workflow:

Topic → Content Creation → Video Editing → Publishing → SEO → Distribution → Lead Generation → Performance Tracking

We are NOT looking for someone who only knows video editing.

We want someone who can take ownership of content marketing and lead generation.
