Aqua Plus is looking for motivated and responsible Water Purifier Technicians to join our service team. This position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Candidates who are current to the field will receive 7 days of practical training to understand water purifier installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up domestic water purifiers at customer locations.
- Perform regular servicing and maintenance of water purification systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common purifier issues.
- Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other components when required.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic system checks.
- Explain basic purifier usage and maintenance to customers.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers.
- Complete service jobs within the assigned schedule.
- Maintain basic records of service visits, parts used, and work completed.
- Follow Aqua Plus service and safety procedures.
Training 7 Days Training Period
Selected candidates will receive practical training covering:
- Water purifier installation
- RO/UV/UF system basics
- Filter and membrane replacement
- Basic troubleshooting
- Servicing and maintenance
- Identification of common technical problems
- Customer communication and service etiquette
- Basic safety practices
Candidates with no prior experience can apply if they are willing to learn and work in the field. Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Candidate must have good verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers in Hindi.
- ITI/Diploma or technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems is an advantage.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service calls.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- A valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle may be preferred depending on service-area requirements.
