Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Supply Chain Associate role based in Gurugram. The associate will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in line with supply chain and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and updating warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment. The role involves coordinating with procurement, supply chain,



and customer service teams to support effective order fulfillment and on-time delivery to customers and distribution partners. The associate will also assist in optimizing warehouse layout, adhering to compliance and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to manage stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess Supply Chain Management skills to support order processing, logistics coordination, and timely distribution.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills to collaborate on material planning, purchase requests, and vendor follow-ups.
- Relevant experience in warehouse operations, FMCG or retail distribution, and familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel), and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
