Role Description The Warehouse Supervisor role at Blue Dart is a full-time, in office position based in Jalandhar. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Supervisor coordinates shipping and receiving activities, monitors inventory levels, and ensures proper material handling and equipment use. The role includes supervising warehouse team members, assigning tasks,



training staff on safety and operational procedures, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and shift planning.
- Candidates should possess experience in Shipping & Receiving operations, including documentation, loading/unloading, and coordination with transport partners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Control, including stock organization, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
- Candidates should possess practical Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with other warehouse equipment, adhering to safety standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of warehouse management systems or basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations and a diploma or degree in a related field are beneficial.
