Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of floor employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
- Organize and oversee daily operations on the floor to maximize efficiency.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on team members' skills and workload.
- Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that products or services meet established criteria.
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts among team members promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges.
- Implement and track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working setting.
- Conduct regular safety briefings,



training sessions, and drills.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and changes in procedures to the team.
- Act as a liaison between upper management and floor staff, facilitating effective communication.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage and control inventory levels on the floor.
- Report any discrepancies and work towards resolution.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment and machinery on the floor.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements.

Qualifications 10+2 or equivalent

Experience

2 to 4 Years

Skills

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role in any warehouse or fulfillment center.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
