Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Warehouse Specialist.

The Warehouse

Specialist will support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping and receiving activities, preparing and packing orders, and assisting with unloading inbound materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring items are stored and organized correctly, and using equipment such as pallet jacks to move materials safely. The role also involves communicating with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while following all safety and quality standards.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage inbound and outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to prepare shipments and handle incoming materials in a safe, organized manner.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, perform counts, and maintain precise warehouse records.
- Candidates should possess experience operating a Pallet Jack and handling materials in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standardized processes and documentation.
- Comfort with remote coordination tools (email, warehouse management systems, or similar software) to support distributed operations.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environments is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required, and to adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
