Job Title: 3PL Warehousing & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Client Account & SLA Management

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned 3PL clients, managing their specific daily warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment needs.

Monitor and report on client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and dock-to-stock metrics to ensure strict adherence to contracted SLAs.

Proactively resolve client inquiries regarding shipment tracking, stock discrepancies, and operational bottlenecks.

Complex Warehouse Operations & VAS

Oversee the receipt, put-away, and dispatch of goods across multiple client accounts, ensuring strict physical and systemic segregation of different clients' inventory.

Coordinate and oversee Value-Added Services (VAS) tailored to specific client requirements, including kitting, co-packing, labeling, quality inspections, and pallet building.

Allocate daily facility resources (labor, floor space, and material handling equipment) dynamically to accommodate varying demand spikes across different client accounts.

Inventory Control & WMS Administration

Maintain precise inventory records for multiple clients utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring real-time stock visibility.

Process Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) and execute accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) upon physical verification of inbound freight.

Conduct routine, client-specific cycle counts and coordinate full-stock audits,



investigating and reconciling any multi-tenant stock discrepancies.

Transportation & Reverse Logistics

Coordinate with internal freight forwarding teams, external carriers, and last-mile delivery networks to optimize routing and secure cost-effective dispatch for client orders.

Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and compliant with regional regulations, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.

Manage reverse logistics workflows, processing returns according to individual client disposition rules (e.g., restock, quarantine, or liquidation).

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on operational experience within a 3PL provider, contract logistics facility, or freight forwarding environment.

Technical Proficiency

Strong working knowledge of modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) tailored for multi-client operations.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for generating detailed client inventory reports and performance dashboards.

High adaptability with the ability to manage competing priorities across different client accounts simultaneously.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills to optimize space and labor in a fast-paced logistics hub.
