Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage purchase orders, inventory control, stock movement, replenishment, and MIS reporting. The role will involve close coordination with warehouse, stores, procurement, logistics, finance, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) as per business requirements.

- Manage end-to-end inventory across warehouse and stores.

- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, transfers, returns, and adjustments.

- Conduct inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.

- Track open POs, deliveries, and inventory ageing.

- Prepare regular MIS and inventory reports.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Stores, Vendors, Finance, and Logistics teams.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PO Creation & Inventory Management.

- Positive command of MS Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS.

- Experience with ERP/WMS is preferred.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, or Supply Chain.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in inventory control, PO management and MIS reporting will be preferred.
