Designation-Warehouse Operations Executive / Jr. Pharmacist

Location- Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Rewa, Jabalpur

- Warehouse involves overseeing and execution of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and smooth functioning of the logistics and supply chain.
- Optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
- Inventory stock, audits, cycle counts management and oversee procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Track and manage inbound - outbound shipments, transportation and distribution processes
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
- Responsible for train, development, lead and supervision of warehouse ground staff
- Implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
- Continuously review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Enforce and adhere to health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising efficiency.

Requirement-

- Robust leadership and execution skills are crucial for overseeing staff, processes, and ensuring compliance
- The ability to identify and solve operational issues and implement process improvements is vital.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Must have experience of Warehouse Operations management.
- Candidate from Pharma / FMCG warehouse is more preferable

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduation / Pharmacy

Experience Required-

- 2 to 3 years in Warehouse operations management
