We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock movement, and proper maintenance of warehouse records. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, Google Sheets, and MS Excel, along with strong knowledge of stock management and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, inward and outward movements, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with system records.
- Handle stock discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
- Use Tally for inventory and stock-related entries and record maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Track stock movement and ensure timely updating of inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, production,



and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely.
- Implement proper FIFO/stock rotation practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports for management.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate work as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or inventory management.
- Good working knowledge of Tally.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of stock management and inventory control.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare inventory reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage warehouse staff and coordinate with other departments.
- Valuable communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a trading, manufacturing, textile, or similar industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
