Swish is building a new-age food delivery experience focused on getting fresh, high-quality meals to customers quickly. We operate a network of kitchens supported by our own supply chain, technology and delivery infrastructure.

As we scale, our warehouse operations become critical to keeping kitchens supplied with the right products, at the right time and in the right condition.

What you'll own

You will own the day-to-day operations of our Bangalore warehouse, covering inbound, storage, inventory, picking, dispatch and warehouse team management across ambient and temperature-controlled categories.

What you'll work on

- Own daily warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, storage, picking and dispatch.
- Manage both ambient and chilled/frozen storage operations.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
- Track stock ageing, Days on Hand, wastage and stockouts.
- Ensure cold-chain integrity and adherence to food-safety standards.
- Plan warehouse manpower and shifts based on daily volumes.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
- Work closely with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams to resolve supply issues.
- Manage warehouse supervisors, pickers, loaders and other operational staff.
- Build and improve SOPs for warehouse operations, inventory handling and dispatch.




- Improve space utilization, manpower productivity and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage 3PL partners where required.
- Own warehouse compliance including FSSAI, fire safety and other applicable requirements.
- Track and report key warehouse metrics such as inventory accuracy, fill rate, dispatch SLA, wastage and productivity.

What we're looking for

- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations.
- Experience in QSR, F&B;, FMCG, retail, cold-chain or perishables is preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing temperature-controlled inventory.
- Experience managing teams of 15+ people.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems.
- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on operating environment.
- Strong problem-solving and people-management skills.
