Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations and inventory.

- Check physical stock against system records for accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, inventory, and fulfilment processes.

- Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.

- Monitor manpower, productivity, and operational performance.

- Use Excel and WMS for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

- Prepare audit reports covering inventory, safety, manpower, and operations.

- Coordinate with B2B, logistics, and inventory teams.

- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives.

- Train warehouse staff on SOPs and best practices.

- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Requirements

- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or e-commerce.

- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and operational processes.

- Hands-on experience with WMS.

- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.

- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to lead and train warehouse teams.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
