EXECUTIVE – WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

ROLE SUMMARY

KIMIRICA is looking for an Executive – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities including inward and outward operations, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, stock movement, and reconciliation. The role will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfilment, proper warehouse documentation, and smooth coordination with Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketplace, and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outward dispatch.
- Process orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper SKU-wise stock management, stock movement, and location tracking.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation and highlight discrepancies.
- Manage goods receiving, GRN, material inspection, documentation, and proper storage of products.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for shipment handover, documentation, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, labelling, and storage of KIMIRICA products as per defined standards.
- Use SAP for inventory transactions, order processing, stock movement, and warehouse documentation.
- Maintain Excel-based warehouse MIS, stock reports, dispatch trackers,



inward/outward records, and reconciliation reports.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, product handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketplace, Finance, and other teams to resolve inventory and operational issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
- Hands-on understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and dispatch processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, and inventory controls.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, personal care, fragrance, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.
