- Maintain accurate stock of rice, oil, sago, soya and other FMCG products.

- Monitor daily inward and outward stock.

- Ensure physical stock matches system records.

- Identify stock shortages, excess stock and stock discrepancies.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Supervise receiving of goods from suppliers.

- Verify quantity, product quality, packaging and damaged items.

- Coordinate loading and unloading of goods.

- Supervise loading and unloading workers.

- Allocate daily work to warehouse staff.

- Monitor employee attendance, discipline and productivity.

- Ensure protected handling of heavy rice bags.

- Monitor slow-moving and ageing stock.

- Report damaged, expired or near-expiry products to management.

- Maintain stock transfer, return and damage records.





- Check opening stock and pending orders

- Verify all goods received during the day

- Coordinate picking and packing of sales orders

- Check loading quantities before vehicle dispatch

- Update inward and outward stock in

- Verify returns, damaged goods and stock adjustments

- Inspect warehouse cleanliness and product stacking

- Submit end-of-day stock and dispatch report

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
