- Strong hands-on experience in inbound, Outbound, Storage, Picking, packing,
and dispatch operations.
- Experience managing large-scale warehouses of 2 Lakh+ sq. ft.
- Proven team handling and shift management experience.
- Robust knowledge of
FIFO, Kaizen, problem-solving and warehouse process improvement
.
- Working knowledge of
WMS / ERP systems is mandatory.
- Candidates should be based locally or reside in nearby areas of Luhari and be comfortable with rotational shifts.
