Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.

- Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely stock reconciliation.

- Monitor stock movement, cycle counts, and physical inventory.

- Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily tasks to the team.

- Coordinate with logistics teams, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.

- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, dispatch, stock transfer, and returns.

- Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization, and material handling.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of materials.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to inventory and warehouse operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, and losses and take corrective action.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.





- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, BBA, or a related field will be preferred.

- Diploma/Certification in Warehouse Management or Logistics will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP, inventory management, and MIS reporting.

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.

- Experience in team handling and end-to-end warehouse operations.

- Candidates with experience in Kochi, Bangalore, Haryana &
- Meerut

will be preferred.
