Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Management professional to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory movement, material handling, and stock accuracy. The candidate will coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch .
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.
- Handle GRN, material issue, transfer, and dispatch documentation .
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure proper physical verification.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and bin management .
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for material requirements.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical, electronic, and engineering materials.
- Track slow-moving,



excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory .
- Maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and warehouse operating procedures .
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse / Stores / Inventory Management .
- Positive knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Strong material handling and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse activities and meet operational timelines.

Qualification

- B.E. – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- OR
- Diploma – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (D.EEE)

Preferred Candidate

- Experience handling electrical/electronic components, spare parts, or engineering materials will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, electronics, or engineering industries will be an added advantage.
