We are a leading Carrying and Forwarding Agent (CFA) for Titan. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value inventory (Watches and Accessories) and ensuring precise stock inward/outward processes in line with Titan's corporate compliance and dispatch schedules. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound logistics (GRN, unloading, unpacking) and outbound logistics (picking, packing, invoicing, billing, and dispatch).

- Maintain strict inventory control and inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical verification, and Stock Audits.

- Coordinate effectively with Titan Company logistics teams, transport vendors, and local distributors.





- Handle documentation, transport planning, and order fulfillment updates via ERP/SAP systems.

- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse executives, loaders, and packing staff to maintain 5S and safety standards.

- Manage claims, returns, and damages processing according to company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a CFA, 3PL, FMCG, or Retail distribution warehouse setup.

- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP/SAP WM, and MS Excel.

- Excellent team handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proven track record of handling high-value merchandise or electronics under tight timelines.
