Warehouse Manager – Medical Device Experience

? Location: Agra

Key Responsibilities:

- Warehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, billing coordination, dispatch, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO.
- Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, batch/lot/expiry tracking, cycle counts, and control of ageing, excess, and non-moving inventory.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure proper storage and handling of medical devices, complete traceability, segregation of rejected/expired/quarantined stock, and audit-ready documentation.
- Dispatch & SAP/MIS: Ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch, coordinate with Sales/Logistics/QA, maintain accurate SAP transactions, and prepare warehouse MIS.
- Team & Process Management: Lead and develop warehouse teams, monitor productivity, implement SOPs, drive 5S/Lean initiatives, improve space utilization, and ensure warehouse safety and security.
