Everdion Clothing is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage our warehouse operations, with a robust focus on Uniware/Unicommerce inventory management and order fulfillment .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns .
- Take complete ownership of inventory management through Uniware/Unicommerce OMS .
- Ensure accurate SKU-wise and size-wise inventory updates across marketplaces and sales channels.
- Manage order allocation, processing, fulfillment, and shipment status through Uniware.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies, stock adjustments, cancellations, and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with marketplaces, courier partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and conduct regular physical vs. system inventory reconciliation .
- Monitor inventory aging, fast-moving/slow-moving SKUs, and stock availability.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, manifesting, and dispatch of orders.
- Handle warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure proper barcode scanning, labeling, packaging, and inventory storage.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to inventory, orders, dispatch, returns, and warehouse performance .
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for quick resolution.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Uniware/Unicommerce is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and OMS operations.
- Experience with fashion/e-commerce warehouse operations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of SKU, barcode, order processing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of marketplace order fulfillment and courier operations.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant warehouse/e-commerce operations experience.
