ABOUT SIGENERGY INDIA:

Sigenergy India, part of the Failte Solar Group, operates in the clean-energy and renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar energy, energy storage and related technologies.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Set up and operationalize warehouse systems, processes, and layout for optimal space utilization and workflow efficiency. Manage receipt of imported consignments, including unloading, inspection, GRN, and system entry.
- Ensure scientific storage and stowage of materials SKU-wise, lot-wise, and batch-wise with traceability. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Plan and execute dispatches to distributors across India, ensuring timely and error-free deliveries. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for inbound logistics.
- Implement and manage ERP for inventory control, order processing, and reporting. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement/sales teams for replenishment planning.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive equipment like lithium-ion batteries and electronics as per safety norms.
- Establish warehouse SOPs for material handling, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Optimize logistics costs and improve turnaround time for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements (including EHS norms).
- Generate MIS reports on inventory, dispatches, ageing, damages, and variances.

Required Qualifications:

- Warehouse operations and layout planning
- Inventory control (SKU / Batch / Lot tracking)
- ERP proficiency (Odoo preferred)
- Import logistics and distribution management
- Material handling of electrical & energy equipment
- Robust analytical and reporting skills
- Team leadership and manpower management
- Knowledge of safety standards (especially for batteries & electrical equipment)
- Vendor and transporter coordination
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
