The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role involves ensuring effective workflow, maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key requirements:
- Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
- Inward and outward material management
- Inventory and stock control
- Physical stock checks and reconciliation
- Handling GRNs, POs, invoices, challans and dispatch documentation
- Supervising warehouse staff, helpers and loaders
- Dispatch and logistics coordination
- Basic knowledge of Excel/ERP/software
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies
