- Act as the primary point of contact with courier partners, ensuring smooth pickup, dispatch, and delivery operations.

- Monitor daily shipments, track consignments, and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely order processing.

- Handle escalations related to courier delays, lost shipments, or RTOs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

- Maintain dispatch records, generate MIS reports, and share delivery performance metrics with management.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in logistics operations or warehouse management.

- Robust communication skills to interact with courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart etc. and internal stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience with shipment tracking tools, SAP/ERP/WMS systems preferred.

- Problem-solving mindset with ability to manage high-volume dispatches.

- Knowledge of courier SLAs, delivery TATs, and RTO management.

Pay: ₹9,086.96 - ₹22,222.00 per month
