- Manage and supervise all warehouse and stores activities, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, finished goods, consumables, tools, and other inventory.
- Plan and control daily warehouse operations according to production requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and ERP/system entries.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production interruptions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, bin location, and systematic storage of materials.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable and monitor ageing and slow-moving inventory.
- Control material shortages, excess stock, damages, and wastage.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate duties, and monitor manpower performance.
- Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping, safety,



and material handling practices in the warehouse.
- Monitor incoming materials and coordinate with Quality/Stores for inspection and acceptance.
- Ensure proper documentation for material inward, material issue, transfer, return, and dispatch.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports related to stock, inward, outward, shortages, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Identify warehouse process issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment, racks, pallets, and storage systems.
- Train and guide warehouse employees on safety, material handling, documentation, and company procedures.
- Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer and production requirements.
