About the Role

Clearhire is hiring Warehouse Executives on behalf of ShipSure to handle day-to-day warehouse operations and field-level pickup/delivery coordination in Bangalore. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically active in the field, and knows the city's routes well.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receiving, sorting, storing, and dispatching of shipments within the warehouse
- Coordinate and personally support pickup and delivery activities across assigned Bangalore routes
- Maintain accurate stock and shipment records, flagging discrepancies immediately
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods as per company standards




- Operate and navigate delivery routes safely and efficiently using own vehicle/license
- Support loading/unloading and physical warehouse activities as needed
- Interact with customers during delivery/pickup, handling basic queries and escalating issues appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse floor
- Report daily activity and any operational issues to the Operations Executive/Manager

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Courier/Logistics/Warehouse operations
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
- Strong, demonstrable familiarity with Bangalore's local geography, routes, and localities is mandatory
- Willingness and physical ability to do field/ground-level operational work (this is not a desk job)
- Basic customer handling and communication skills

- Courteous and professional behavior with customers during pickups/deliveries
- Willingness to take initiative on ground issues without waiting for detailed instructions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
