job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, investigations, and treatments.
- Provide basic information about hospital services, departments, doctors, and timings.
- Make follow-up calls to patients as per hospital requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and patient enquiries.
- Coordinate with reception, doctors, nursing, and other hospital departments.
- Handle patient queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, Hospital Receptionist, or Healthcare Telecaller will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-friendly attitude.
