Qualification:

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- B.Ed. preferred.

- Relevant teaching experience in a school setting preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons for students.

- Teach drawing, painting, sketching, crafts, and other art techniques.

- Encourage creativity, imagination, and individual artistic expression.

- Prepare lesson plans, activities, projects, and assessments.

- Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and school events.

- Maintain a safe, creative, and well-organized art classroom.

- Assess students’ artistic development and provide constructive feedback.

- Integrate art with interdisciplinary learning wherever appropriate.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of visual arts and creative techniques.

- Good classroom management and communication skills.

- Ability to work with students of different age groups.

- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

- Ability to use digital tools and modern art resources is an advantage.
