We’re looking for a senior technology builder who doesn’t just want to maintain software — but wants to architect and build technology products from the ground up.

Goldfishh operates at the intersection of Supply Chain, Warehousing, 3PL, E-Commerce and Marketplace Commerce. As we scale our physical and digital ecosystem, we are embarking on an ambitious technology journey to build AI-powered platforms that can fundamentally change how businesses manage warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and marketplace commerce.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering / Product Technology leader who wants to be part of this journey from an early stage.

What You Will Build

You will play a key role in architecting and developing technology platforms across:

- N2N / Multi-Sided Digital Marketplaces connecting businesses, service providers, infrastructure and supply-chain capacity.
- E-Commerce & Marketplace Technology integrating marketplaces, D2C platforms, OMS, WMS, inventory, fulfilment, advertising, pricing and revenue optimisation.
- Warehousing & 3PL Technology for distributed warehouse networks, fulfilment operations, inventory visibility and supply-chain orchestration.
- AI-Native Products & Agents using Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, intelligent automation and agentic workflows.
- Data & Decision Intelligence capable of converting large volumes of operational, commercial and marketplace data into actionable recommendations.
- APIs & Integrations connecting ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, logistics partners and enterprise systems.

The objective is not simply to digitise existing processes.

We want to rethink them.

Who We Are Looking For

You should ideally have

- 10–15+ years of software engineering / technology product development experience.
- BE / BTech or equivalent engineering degree, preferably from a premier engineering institution.
- Strong hands-on experience architecting and building scalable technology products,



preferably within technology startups or high-growth product companies.
- Proven experience with N2N / B2B / B2C marketplaces, e-commerce platforms or multi-sided digital ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of modern cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, databases and scalable distributed systems.
- Practical experience designing or building products using Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, machine learning or AI-driven automation.
- Ability to think simultaneously as a Product Architect, Software Engineer and Technology Innovator.
- Experience taking products from concept → architecture → MVP → production → scale.

Most importantly, you should still enjoy building.

We are not looking for someone whose role has become entirely managerial. We want a senior technologist who can define architecture, make critical engineering decisions, work with developers and remain close to the product and the code.

Technology Stack & AI-Native Architecture

We intend to build Goldfishh’s technology platform as a cloud-native, API-first, modular and AI-native architecture designed for an Agentic AI future. The preferred technology ecosystem will include Python and TypeScript/Node.js, modern web frameworks such as React/Next.js, PostgreSQL and NoSQL/vector databases, containerised microservices using Docker/Kubernetes, and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP. The AI layer will leverage LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, embeddings, vector search, knowledge graphs, MCP, tool/function calling and multi-agent orchestration frameworks, with the flexibility to work across leading foundation models and open-source models rather than becoming dependent on a single AI provider.

The architecture should enable autonomous AI Agents to securely interact with our futuristic N2N Marketplace, WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP, e-commerce,



logistics and external partner systems through APIs and event-driven workflows. We are looking for an engineer who can help us make the right technology choices in discussion with the core team while designing an architecture capable of evolving towards AI Agents that can reason, plan, execute, collaborate and automate increasingly complex supply-chain and commerce workflows.

We deliberately stayed away from VC funding in our formative years—choosing to first build the business, prove the model, acquire customers and generate revenues. Now, we believe the time is right to scale with external capital.
