Role & responsibilities

INSIDE SALES

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.

- Identify customer requirements and create sales opportunities.

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead conversion.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM.

Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

PRESALES

- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical/commercial proposals.

- Support the sales team with presentation, product demonstrations and solution discussions.

- Prepare RFC/RFP responses, quotations and proposal documents.

- Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions.

- Participate in customer meetings and provide pre-sales support.

Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with customers.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT





- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Conduct market research and identify current markets/accounts.

- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.

- Prepare business proposals and negotiate with customers.

Meet business development and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 10 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, Presales, Business Development or B2B Sales.

- Engineering backgorund will be added adcantage.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.

- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Candidates with B2B / Engineering / Technology / Automotive / Industrial sales experience will be preferred.
