Should have excellent Communication Skills

Recommended certification requirement

Mandatory Certification: Candidates must hold at least one globally recognized cybersecurity certification, such as:

- CompTIA Security+
- EC-Council CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CompTIA CySA+
- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
- (ISC) SSCP

What Youll Work On

- Monitor and triage security alerts and events across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, firewall, cloud, identity and email security platforms.
- Investigate phishing emails, suspicious URLs, attachments, impersonation attempts and BEC indicators.
- Perform initial incident analysis and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Assist with investigations involving malware, unauthorized access and other security incidents.
- Create and maintain incident tickets, investigation reports and SOC documentation.
- Participate in threat hunting and security monitoring activities.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response.
