Language: English We are hiring customer service associates for our international chat process

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

- Handle customer queries via chat professionally and promptly.
- Manage dual/triple chats while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Resolve complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
- Maintain CRM/customer records accurately.
- Follow SOPs, quality, and data-privacy guidelines.
- Meet productivity, response-time, and customer-service targets.
- Solid English written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 yrs experience required

Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication Immediate joiners preferred

Benefits: Salary package up to 2.5 to upto 3.8 LPA
