- Account Management: Assist in managing assigned accounts, serve as a point of contact for client queries, and participate in meetings to align solutions with business needs.
- Revenue & Growth: Track account performance against targets and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate account records.
- Business Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to prepare reports and dashboards for management updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving orientation.
