Please find the

- Manage and resolve Microsoft Intune incidents and service requests.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) environments.
- Configure and manage MDM, MAM, Conditional Access Policies, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Profiles.
- Support Windows, Android, and iOS device management and administration.
- Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies, device enrollment, application deployment, and security controls.
- Work on Modern Desktop and Co-Management solutions using SCCM and Intune.




- Troubleshoot and resolve device enrollment, compliance, and policy deployment issues.
- Participate in BYOD initiatives, mobile security projects, and cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
- Monitor endpoint health, security compliance, and device lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure a secure endpoint workplace.
