1. A basic understanding of should costing is required, along with solid knowledge of design, product development, and manufacturing processes.
2. 5+ years of experience in product design and concept generation is expected.
3. Experience in plastic part design and related processes is necessary. Knowledge of metal part design, including sheet metal, fabrication, forming, and casting, will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in should costing will be added advantage
5. Preferred to have VAVE Certification from INVEST/SAVE
