- 3 - 10 years experience in plastic commodity manufacturing process like injection molding, Extrusion, Blow molding (EBM/IBM/ISBM), roto molding, Compression molding hot runner, cold runners etc..,
- Develop should-cost models for plastic parts and assemblies.
- Injection molding with hot runner, cold runner
- Plastic Extrusion
- Blow molding
- Plastic Mold Tooling analysis
- Tool design
- Molding cycle time calculation
- Should have parts manufacturing & shop floor experience (Sheet Metal parts, Fabrication, Casting, forging and assemblies)
- Should have solid exposure to pre and post parts fabrication process (Sand/Shot Blasting, Heat treatment, Coatings etc.)
- Should have knowledge on estimating the cost of Sheet Metal parts.
- Should have knowledge on different welding processes
- Should have knowledge about different machines, MHRs, SG&A.;
