Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Ensure proper material identification, segregation, and storage as per SOPs and GMP requirements.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic physical stock verification.

- Handle RM, PM, FG and other warehouse materials.

- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchase, and Logistics teams.

- Maintain warehouse documentation, registers, and system entries.

- Monitor expiry, near-expiry, damaged, and rejected materials and ensure proper segregation.

- Follow GMP, GDP, safety, housekeeping, and data integrity requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, SOPs, FIFO/FEFO and inventory management.

- Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.
