Role & responsibilities

Handle Domestic & International Voice / Non-Voice customer support processes.

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards and achieve assigned targets.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills are preferred.

Proficiency in Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada will be an added advantage.

Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.





Candidates with experience in Voice Process, Customer Support, Telecalling or BPO can also apply.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Candidates should be willing to work in General / Rotational Shifts.
