Job Title: International Payroll Specialist

Note:- (Candidates with Only End to End Payroll Exp will be Considered)

Location: 4th Floor, SPaze Plazo, Sector 69, Gurugram

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International Payroll Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes across multiple geographies including US, UK, EMEA, Australia and APAC.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international payroll processing, payroll compliance, employee lifecycle transactions, payroll reconciliation and coordination with internal stakeholders, employees and external payroll vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle for employees across US, UK, EMEA, Australia and APAC.
- Collect, validate and process monthly payroll inputs including:

- New joiners and exits

- Salary revisions

- Bonuses and incentives

- Overtime and allowances

- Deductions and reimbursements

- Leave and attendance inputs

- Tax and statutory deductions
- Review and validate payroll calculations before payroll closure.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with country-specific payroll calendars.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and employees for payroll-related inputs and queries.
- Manage employee hire-to-retire payroll transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes and final settlements.
- Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees as per applicable country requirements.




- Perform payroll reconciliation between payroll reports, HRIS and Finance records.
- Review payroll variance reports and investigate discrepancies before payroll sign-off.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers, consultants and local payroll partners where applicable.
- Support payroll tax, statutory deductions and compliance requirements across respective geographies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reports and supporting documentation for audit purposes.
- Prepare regular payroll reports, MIS and management dashboards.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
- Support payroll audits and provide required payroll documentation to internal and external auditors.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with applicable local employment, tax and statutory regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls and automation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and payroll information.

Geography Coverage Experience in one or more of the following regions will be considered:
- USA / North America Payroll
- UK Payroll
- EMEA Payroll
- Australia / New Zealand Payroll
- APAC Payroll





Candidates with exposure to multiple international payroll geographies will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end international payroll processing.
- Good understanding of payroll inputs, calculations, deductions, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience managing payroll from input collection through payroll validation, processing, reconciliation and closure.
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience working with HRIS / Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information.
- Ability to work with international stakeholders and across different time zones.

Preferred Experience Exposure to payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, Dayforce, Deel, Papaya Global or other international payroll systems will be an advantage.

Experience working with BPO / shared services / global organizations / multinational companies will be preferred.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in payroll, with significant exposure to international payroll.
- Candidates with strong experience in any one international geography and willingness to handle multiple regions may also be considered.
