- Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
- Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
- Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
- Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
- Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
- Should have positive Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
- should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers/Candidates have experience in any BPO domain
- Preferred if candidate worked in AR calling (Denial management).
- Good English communication skill
- Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
- BE/BTech are not entertained if they dont have prior work experience in RCM industry
- Flexible for night shift (6 PM to 3 AM)
