Job Title: International Chat Process (Contract)

Location Hyderabad,Telangana (Office-based)

: We are hiring for the International Chat Process at [24]7.ai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls.

Skills Required

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
- Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7).

Job Details:
- Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs (no fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday).
- Students pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.
- Must be flexible to work from the office.
- Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company's requirements.

Qualifications:




- Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma (10+3)Or Any Graduate or PG

Experience:
- 0-2 years

Age Criteria:
- 18 years to 35 years.

Salary:
- 17800/- (take-home after deductions)

Contract Period:3 Months (90 Days) Interview Time: 10:30 AM To 1:00 PM
