About the Role:

Subha Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead and coordinate architectural design and execution for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of architectural planning, construction processes, site coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and planning for residential and real estate projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Monitor design implementation and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams for smooth execution.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Assist in design optimization, material selection, and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct site visits and monitor architectural quality and execution.




- Lead and mentor junior architects and coordinate the design team.

Candidate Requirements:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably within the real estate/construction sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of residential/commercial building design and construction.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
