Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate turnaround/shutdown maintenance activities.
- Develop detailed work packages, job plans, resource plans, and schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for material availability.
- Create, prioritize, and monitor work orders in SAP PM/CMMS.
- Ensure manpower, tools, equipment, and materials are available before execution.
- Track turnaround progress and provide schedule updates.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure timely execution.
- Support post-turnaround reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
