- Conduct induction and onboarding training for recent employees.
- Train employees on collection processes, customer handling, calling.
- Explain company policies, work processes, and performance expectations.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees.
- Track training attendance, performance, and daily MIS.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and management for training requirements.
- Ensure trainees are process-ready before moving to operations.
