Reports to: Customer Relations Manager

Job Location: Corporate Office Work Days: Monday to Saturday Work

Hours: 8.3 9 hours

Job Purpose: To carry out marketing initiatives by either receiving or making calls to patients.

Job Type: 100% Day Shift

Experience required: 1yr – 2yrs

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (preferably in Bioscience)

Remuneration: As per industry standards

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating leads and making/receiving calls and handling patient queries.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead receiving,
2. Lead Capturing,
3. Lead Nurturing,
4. Fix Appointments,
5. Follow up till Registrations,
6. Improve Product Knowledge,
7. Attend feedbacks and escalate it to top management
8. MIS & reporting
