We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Recruitment to lead the recruitment function, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements. The role will involve recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, team performance, sourcing, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, from sourcing to offer closure and joining.

- Individually manage and close assigned critical or high-priority positions while leading the recruitment team, ensuring timely hiring delivery and meeting defined recruitment targets.

- Understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans to meet business timelines.

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

- Monitor recruitment metrics including open positions, sourcing pipeline, interviews, offers, joining ratios, and time-to-hire.

- Conduct regular reviews with the recruitment team and ensure individual and team targets are met.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Support recruiters in handling difficult or critical positions and ensure timely escalation of hiring challenges.

- Coordinate interview processes, assessments, feedback, and offer negotiations.

- Track offer-to-join conversion and proactively manage candidate dropouts.





- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.

- Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners, where applicable.

- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and quality.

- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and hiring reports to HR leadership and business stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and documentation requirements.

- Drive employee referral and internal hiring initiatives.

- Stay updated on market hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4- 6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team-lead or supervisory role.

- Strong experience in managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring.

- Excellent stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.

- Solid sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.

- Experience with recruitment metrics, dashboards, and ATS/HRMS platforms.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work effectively under tight deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment reporting.
