About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills and expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn (Preferred) and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate calls, interviews and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing is highly preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Experience in EdTech recruitment will be an added advantage.
