Ensure a outstanding in-store customer experience and drive footfall, conversions and retention.
Maintain store operations, visual merchandising.
inventory and stock management as per
Airtel standards
Drive sales through effective product knowledge,
cross-selling and up-selling.
Ensure compliance with company policies,
processes and SOPs
Identify training needs and support the development of the store team.
